4th Week of cooking

Hubby was on night shift, so I cooked a lot of more dishes – 2 meals each day. Usually, when he is on day shift, I only cook dinner, and the leftovers would be his lunch the next day.

Menu of the week included fried chicken noodles, burgers, steamed fish, nasi goreng (didn’t take pics cos I was too disappointed with how it tasted), chicken stew, and porridge.

burger... again... this time with a giant portobello mushroom on top of the beef patty. Accompanied with apple orange smoothie 🙂
